  • How do I add my own recipes to the Nutrition Tracker?
    1. Go to SparkRecipes.com and click the Recipe Calculator tab at the top of the page.

    2. Enter the ingredients, nutritional information and cooking instructions for your recipe.

    3. At the bottom of the page is a checkbox. Leave the box checked to submit to SparkPeople's Shared Recipes Database or uncheck the box to keep it from being shared.

    4. Click on my Recipe Box at the top of the page, and your recipe will now appear there.

    5. Once you have saved your recipe, go to the recipe you want to add to your meal planner.

    6. Click the link to "Add Recipe to Meal Planner."

    7. Select the serving size, which meal to add it to, and check the box if you'd like to save to your favorites for future use.

    8. Click on "Add Food to Today" and the recipe will now show up in your tracker.
