My Goals:
Be accepted into the VMT at my school (vocal musical theatre). Learn to dance. Become a singer. Be at a healthy BMI. Be a good role model for my son. Look AMAZING for my 18th birthday.

My Program:
 First off, I'm Pescatarian. (Working to become full Vegetarian) Strict to drinking only water. And working on quitting junk food. I power walk 3 miles 2x's a day for 45 minutes each. I try not to eat after 8pm.

There's an option to track it with other nutrients. On average, I believe it's a recommended 25-35 grams a day. :-)

Yup, Dateline really got to them... but it'd be a blessing for my mum to even be able to turn on the computer, nonetheless use it. Right now, it's always like "SARAAAAA... HOW DO I TURN IT ON? IT'S NOT GOING ON WHEN I PRESS ENTER... did I break it? I broke it. I BROKE IT. COME HERE!"
I believe the puppy is a Jack Russel/Cocker Spaniel mix, but I'm not sure though.
Black labs are amazing dogs. :-) I love big dogs, too... Rottweilers, Huskies, Bernese Mountain dogs... they're so cute, in that oversized-loof way. Like my uncle's dog (who's a black lab, actually) is almost six feet on his hind legs, but the way he walks all over people, you can tell he thinks he's the size of a Chihuahua.
