Everyone Needs A Little Sunshine
Hi, my name is Sarah and I have come to this site because I am ready for a change. My whole life I have been the fat girl in my group of friends and I am tired of it. Now that I am ready to change I need some help and advice, thats why I am here.

For years I blamed everyone else for why I was overwieght. It was not until I realized that I am the only on in control of what I eat, that I was able to start losing the pounds. Don't lose any time blaming others, when you could be changing yourself.
