Hi Im Brooke. Im 16, 17 in Janurary.
I'm about 5'5 and 150lbs.
I have hazel eyes and brown hair.
I'm almost always smiling.
I'm also a big clutz.
Basketball and softball are my life.
My purple ipod is my love and life line.
I have started a new chapter in life towards being heathy and happy. Started as of 10/22/09.

My Goals:
1) Stay on track for over 2 months.
2) Lose 30lbs
3) Be able to run a mile under 7 mins.
4) Wear a bikini confidently
5) Be more outgoing.
My Program:
1) Drink water every day.
2) Exercise atleast 30mins a day with the exception of sunday.
3) Choose better foods.
4) Watch portions.
5) Stay positve.
