Howdy, I'm Kaden!
I'm sixteen years old, and I'm dying to lose weight. I've always been overweight, and now is the time I do something about it. I plan on losing 40 pounds. So let me tell you about myself. I'm one of the most random people you'll ever know. I'm a happy-go-lucky person, but sometimes I can get into a depressed state. I don't like feeling out of place, or being looked at. I make friends easily, and I would love to have some on here. So talk to me!

My Goals:
My goal is to not only lose weight, but to be comfortable in my own skin.
My Program:
I swim 5-7 times a week for 90 minutes each. I plan on walking my dog around the neighborhood at least 3 nights out of the week.
