Before that I had another account which I started in November,and since then I've lost twenty to twenty-five pounds, and along the way I've found out a lot about myself. Last year I suffered from severe depression, the disappearance of a whole lot of my self esteem, and major social anxiety. I'd always been a bit like that, but not until that year. Since then I've gotten help, and my self-esteem that's always been pretty low is now better than ever. Thank you Spark People, losing weight for the first time has helped me so much. I hope I can keep on losing and eventually reach my goals. I'm friendly and don't bite, so if you need any tip's, or just someone to talk to, I'm here. I'm won't judge ;).

Healthy eating and exercise. Moderation in unhealthy foods. Reduced snacking. I'm planning to make a HUGE garden this summer so that will take a lot of work.
