My Goals:
I'm not sure what my goal is. I guess just to be healthy. I want to be happy with the way i look. :)
My Program:
I eat less than i did and my friends, family, and most definitely my fiance, motivates me a lot. I have fun with it. The more fun i have, i forget that I'm even trying. I listen to my body. Am i really hungry? And i think that's about it. xD
