My Program:
*Eat 1800-2150 calories a day *Drink 8 glasses of water each day *Eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables a day *Do cardio 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week (during summer) *Do cardio 30 minutes a day, 2 days a week (outside of school during the school year)
