Hello! I am Kelly, 17, and live in Illinois. I'm a Senior and really want to lose weight before graduation in June. My first goal is to reach the "50's nostalgia" and weigh below 160 pounds. My Program:
*Eat 1800-2150 calories a day

*Drink 8 glasses of water each day

*Eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables a day

*Do cardio 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week (during summer)

*Do cardio 30 minutes a day, 2 days a week (outside of school during the school year)

Hey Kelly! Saw your status and I just wanted to offer a bit of motivation. I gained a bit of weight after Halloween too. Don't feel too bad. A little hard work goes a long way! You will make it girl. I am rooting for you!
