Welcome to my page! I'm 15 years old and recently discovered the wonders of sparkpeople. I'm an avid rower and horseback rider looking to loose 20 pounds. 13 years ago when I was 2 years old I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and I and hoping to continue to control my blood sugars and over all health. My Goals:
-Get to 135-130 pounds
-Reach 140 lbs by Christmas
-Get my A1C down to 7.5 by the time school starts
(I am type 1 diabetic, 13 years): accomplished!

My Program:
-Eat low carb (20-30 carbs a meal)
-Eat all natural
-Exercise 5-6 times a week
-Get enough sleep
-Drink lots of water!

I'm glad everything is going well for you! Right now, I am just trying to find some balance. I'm really good at eating right, but making exercise a routine is taking a lot of work. I've been really sick lately, so I am waiting for the cold to pass. Doesn't it seem like some colds just will not go away? I have certainly breaking a mental sweat though. Lots of studying and coursework that I have to get done right now. Just started Shakespeare in english class and I really like it. I'm a nerd that way though. :P

OMG its so cool that u row!! I row during the summer as part of sea scouts in dublin. I'm thinkin of joining a rowing team but the season doesnt start til april :( are there any strength training u would recommend for me during the year because i always lose my strength during the winter? XoXo Elle

Hmm...I like to row but I don't have a machine so I can only do it once a week/fortnight. I used to play rugby but I've stopped. Long story. I like trampolining but again, kinda hard to just do.

I don't mind running but its kinda boring. I like to swim but same there. I like Squash but I'm rubbish (I generally play at the weekends). I like step but only once in a while. I hate football. Im scared of horses.

*grins* There are a lot of sports. I like most things but can't do too many of them cheaply. So I dunno...you?

I'm not sure I know what PCOS is...sorry if that sounds dumb. I have been eating healthy, but have a hard time finding motivation to exercise. Which I find really strange, because I know how good it feels to exercise and all. I feel great when I have been exercising. And school is kinda stressful right now. But I think I'll get through it.
