My Goals:
I want to not just lose weight, I want to change my life. I want to feel good about who I am and the body I carry.
For weight loss, my goal weight is 135 lbs. I want to have a habit of working out everyday. I want to be educated in good nutricion and have the discipline to apply it. I want to be more than I am now, and be less too if you know what I mean :)
My Program:
I'm going to do my best to stick to this and still move through my everyday life. Can't wait to see what happens.
