Hey, I'm Morgan. I'm 16 :] I'm overweight and have been for most of my life, and its time for a change. I am here to lose weight and talk to people that will motivate me! My goal weight is 125. This number could change as my body changes. I want to be confident and happy with the way I look and not always be self conscious. This month's goals: -165 by Nov. 16th [x] -162 by Dec. 1st [ ]
My Program:
Elliptical 3 or more times a week Gym on Saturday and Sunday Tennis Eating light, healthy meals Pack my lunch EVERYDAY for school Walk in my spare time No soda since 6/10/2009 and no soda till I reach my goal weight.
