Well hello my spark buddies! Glad of you to read my blogs and such :) I really appreciate it.

Well I am a CANADIAN (EH!) teenager who needs to lose some weight. I went to my doctor AND my cardiologist and they BOTH said that I need to lose some weight. I took their advice, and that led me here.

I only have one goal, and no time limit, as long as it is before graduation. I am in grade 10 right now, so 2 and 1/2 years. My final, ultimate goal weight is 140. It was 130 ...

My Goals:
1. Be at least 150 pounds
2. Look good in a bikini
3. Get rid of all the aches and pains in my body.
4. Feel better about myself.

My Program:
-Eat 3 healthy meals a day
-Eat a max. of 2 healthy snacks a day
-Drink lots of water
-Do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day
-Do 3 sessions of strength training a week
-Try to blog everyday

well really I'm just winging it. i have a crazy schedule, so i don't eat breakfest and have more of a brunch everyday. then i'll have a small dinner later on and maybe a snack between those two meals. I have been eating healthier than I was before too. I eat a lot of salad and fruit. also, i drink much more water than i was before. i usually don't drink anything BUT water now. lastly, i get A LOT of exercise walking around campus. i'd probably loose more each weigh- in if i just got my butt over to the darn gym. That's pretty much all I have been doing. it's working somewhat! haha the changes are enough to loose some weight, which I'm happ about.
