My Hope
Hi my name is Laura and i live in Australia so hello to all the aussies out their.
I started to use this because I was not happy with the way i looked and i wanted to change, expecially considerring that my ultermate goal is to not be like the other women in my mums family who are all obese (sorry bout spelling). i need a way to ensure that i get better nutrutional advice but i can not get to a dietiotion atm so like every does i went to the internet and found this site. so far ...

My Goals:
My goal atm is to lose 10kg and get my BMI to 20. :)
My Program:
i will be tring to monitor my food each day and to be ensure i get at least 30 mins of excersise every day.
