Why do people assume they're fat because they don't look like they're ill-like the stars you see in Glossy magazines?
I bet most you girlies are gorgeous the way you are! You just need to realise it, and see the potential you have!!
Sure, there is no harm in losing a bit of weight to gain some self esteem, but don't over do it! I think girls look better with a bit of fat anyway, after all, do you wanna look like a real person or not? :)

I agree! Curves look better any ways (healthy curves) just maintaing a healthy weight for your height is important!

I am naturally petite, so I always wore a zero, but recently I gained a lot of weight, and all my jeans are tight on me, but reading this I feel so much better about myself. Thanks. :)

i also enjoy this post- a size zero is rarely a hero. I have a type of body that would be impossible to get to size zero without a surgery to move and shave my bones down. while i have a friend where she's so thin (genetics) she has to where a belt to keep up the pants that are about size zero.
There rarely is a good way to look at size zero.

I like this post and I totally agree with you!! Size zero is not for everyone.
