okay. new month is starting tomorrow. perfect time to get back on track for good.
there's about 4 months in the month, so I decided that i'm going to work on 1 thing each week. easy changes that when put together add up to a lot. sounds like a plan?
I'm thinking:
week 1: eating portion sizes
week 2: tracking my food
week 3: stick with my exercise program everyday
week 4: drink 8 cups of water
week 3 might actually be my hardest because its thanksgiving break so I won't be in my set schedule of school, gym, home since there's no school. but I think as long as i'm only focusing on one thing each day, it won't be as hard as trying to do everything as once. hopefully it'll help.
