I was home all day today but for the first time i didn't eat out of boredom =D. I really hope that I change this time, but I'm doing my best. I'm coming up with a reward system for each week that I keep to my goals. So far I have a few Ideas: the serj Tankian CD, going to see new moon, 2 pieces of candy, a t-shirt, getting my hair cut, and in 13 weeks, I should be at 110 pounds and thats when I go shopping for a new wardrobe =DD. I think having rewards will help me stick to it this time..i hope. Today I felt like eating but knew I wasn't hungry so I ran for 10 minutes straight(which I haven't done since summer) and it felt great! I could've kept going but I had to make dinner. Well now I'm off to swim practice, these last few weeks have been hard because divisions are on friday D=. I'm doing the 500 and 200 IM, the worst things I could imagine doing. haha o well I'll do my best.
