so my exercising and healthy eating will start tomorrow, but here are my goals!
WEIGHT GOALS:
starting weight-113 pounds
goal weight-105 pounds
RUNNING GOALS:
starting-i can run 1/4 of a mile without stopping
goal-i can run 1 mile without stopping
FOOD GOALS-
starting-i eat 3 fruits a week
goal-i eat 14 fruits a week
** just so you guys know, my main goal is not necessarily to lose weight, it is really just to tone up and be HEALTHY!!
