Nutrition:
Breakfast: Corn flakes w/ milk and grapes, rasp and blue berries.
Lunch: Grilled sandwich w/ turkey and cheese, a banana, and milk
Dinner: No clue!
Snack: 1/2 calzone and 1/2 panini
Fitness:
Up at 630 this morning and went on the treadmill. 120 cal.
Dance! Jazz and tap.
Let's start with last night.
My brother came over for supper. We visited and whatever. I decided I wanted an iPod touch like my sister. So my brother drove my whole family to Canadian Tire for Christmas stuff. Christmas in November? Really? Come on. I like Christmas in December thank you. Then we went to Wal-mart and I got my ipod! I am so happy now. :p There are SOO many FREE health and fitness applications. It's awesome!
Now back to today.
Got up, exercised, ate, and went to school.
In Foods we made Calzones and Paninies. I took half of each for my snack. There wasn't much sugar in them so I am including them as part of the allowables. After that I had English and we watched a movie. Homeroom was boring. I just played with my ipod :p Christian Ethics was stupid. I went home, ate lunch and went back. Played in band. Did NOTHING in Math and came home. Now I am sitting here writing my blog.
So yeah, that was my day. Super boring! AGAIN!

LOL, it has been so long since we've talked! I miss chatting! Anyway, I got on here and was like "OMGOSH, I need to catch up with my friends!". So I was reading your blogs and I seen that you watched the Dr. Oz episode about the sugar detox! I watched it too! And let me say, I am EXTREMELY PROUD of you for doing it! I am so proud in fact, that tomorrow I'm going start doing it as well. Hopefully I'll be able to do really well until November 20th! So if you don't mind me joining you in this, I'd really be happy to do it too. And congratulations on your success so far! You ROCK!
