So, I've tried introducing myself EVERYWHERE (Including all of the sparkteams I've joined) and no one ever ever responds... I've taken to just copying and pasting my introduction everywhere because I type it all out and no one ever replies :( So here it is. I need LOADS of motivation at the time so help me out please!!
Hey! I'm Alexis (Lexi). I'm 5'4 and at 150 pounds. My goal weight is 135 :) Yay! I'm super excited!! Lol, I've been at this for about a week now and I must say I'm doing quite well! :D I've been eating right and completing my goals and working out hard and stuff, but haven't lost any weight yet :( I'm getting much more toned though! Whoo! So, I'm not really sure how these sparkteams work... Can anyone help? I mean what exactly do I do besides message and stuff... I need lots of motivation or I know I'll quit on myself!! And honestly, I'm having to much fun for that to be good!! I absolutly LOVE the Tae Bo 30 minute work out! I forced myself to love it, and now I don't think I could live without it! I'm big into 8 minute abs and buns as well (those I do every day, tae bo every other) Anyone else do those tapes? I need a buddy and LOTS of advice. Help me out here? :)
