So, I've tried introducing myself EVERYWHERE (Including all of the sparkteams I've joined) and no one ever ever responds... I've taken to just copying and pasting my introduction everywhere because I type it all out and no one ever replies :( So here it is. I need LOADS of motivation at the time so help me out please!!
Hey! I'm Alexis (Lexi). I'm 5'4 and at 150 pounds. My goal weight is 135 :) Yay! I'm super excited!! Lol, I've been at this for about a week now and I must say I'm doing quite well! :D I've been eating right and completing my goals and working out hard and stuff, but haven't lost any weight yet :( I'm getting much more toned though! Whoo! So, I'm not really sure how these sparkteams work... Can anyone help? I mean what exactly do I do besides message and stuff... I need lots of motivation or I know I'll quit on myself!! And honestly, I'm having to much fun for that to be good!! I absolutly LOVE the Tae Bo 30 minute work out! I forced myself to love it, and now I don't think I could live without it! I'm big into 8 minute abs and buns as well (those I do every day, tae bo every other) Anyone else do those tapes? I need a buddy and LOTS of advice. Help me out here? :)

  another good tape is jillian michaels 30 day shred. really hard but rewarding!

    Hi. ♥ I'm GH. I want to lose 15 pounds too, but I tend to get side-tracked and unmotivated a lot. I always find a way back though, because I know this is what I really want.

    Hey my name is Jocelyn. Your welcome to add me as a friend if you want =). 135 is my goal weight too! Having a buddy and doing a "race" each week for motivation is really great! If your the competitive type, having a race will motivate you to keep going and going. See who can lose the most a week or every two weeks, but the healthy way, and being true, not saying 15 lbs when you only lost one. Know what I mean? Good luck! I wish you all the best.     Hi im Charlottw . heres some advise ... do all what your doing now cuz that sounds grate . but try eating onley and i mean onley 1000 cals a day iv already lost 1 stone and ive been on it for 2 weeks . yahooooooemoticon
