Nutrition:
Breakfast: Cornflakes, and yogurt w/ strawberries
Lunch: 2 small crepes. One with cinnamon, strawberries and bananas, and one with peanut butter and strawberries (600 cal but soo worth it)
Supper: No clue.
Snack: Nothing yet but something eventually.
Fitness:
Up at 630 this morning on the treadmill for 30 min.
Maybe some wii fit.
YOGA! Woot!
I had a half day! Yay!
I woke up, worked out, ate breakfast and went to school. Had a work period in Food Studies. Another work period in English, then another in Christian Ethics. We also had full band today. Full band is when the Woodwinds AND the Brass/Percussion come together and play. Usually we play alone in our sections. It was quite... loud. We just took notes in math. Very boring.
I walked home from school today too. It was finally a bit warmer out. I had lunch when I got home. My mom made crepes. They are sooo good. I used to put cinnamon, and icing sugar on a HUGE crepe. But today i had 2 small ones with some Low sugar stuff because of the Detox.
We moved everything around in the basement so I have the Wii down there AND the treadmill. I can do both in the morning if I want. I am quite excited.
I have YOGA today. Last week I killed my quads and glutes, I was literally shaking. It felt awesome!
Anyways, I have to do some homework and clean. Bleh.
