Day 95: Wow...I think I enjoyed that practice

Thursday, November 05, 2009

Dance was really fun today. I love the dance, as much as I hate to admit it because it is so beyond compression girly, but it is really fun! The song is called "The Brand New Girl" and it is very Legally Blonde-esque. Really fast, but we will get it right. So yes. But I actually enjoyed it. I was crazy sweaty and out of breath for the whole 65 minutes, but it was fun and I seemed to have a lot of energy to burn off. So did I just say I enjoyed that workout? I think I just may have. :P
My day as what I ate:
Breakfast: Coffee with cream and sugar, yogurt granola bar and a multigrain cracker with white bean and red pepper dip.
Lunch: Whole grain bagel with low fat cream cheese and an apple cinnamon nutrigrain bar
Dinner: Garden tomato soup and 3 small pieces of french bread with light margarine
Snack: 2 glasses of milk with rice krispies and a bit of sugar and a granola bar.
Good day? Meh. Not really. I ate a lot once again in the afternoon/evening. Only because my mornings seem so busy. I can tell you though, after dance, I was desperate to eat. I was so incredibly hungry. I almost ate the entire contenance of the fridge. But I didn't. So yeah. Tomorrow is friday and I have a fourth and fifth spare, so I get to leave early (w00t) I have a bit of homework, but it shouldn't be an issue. Uni apps next week! It's a bit crazy. Now I am sort of losing focus, so I will talk to you guys later!
Lots of love, happyness and Beatles songs,
Trisha

Hope everything goes well with the uni apps! It sounds to me like you did have a good day. A good workout can make up for the eating, although I don't think you really ate that badly. And you were able to resist eating the contents of the fridge. That's awesome!
