goals for this week

so im thinking it would be a good idea to write down my goals for this month, just to get them on paper and see if i can do them.
week one (the rest of this week and weekend): run/do elliptical twice a week (or run once if i also have soccer practice 2ce a week)
week two: week's one goals & track 8 glasses of water a day.
week three: week 1 and 2 goals and do extra exercises while watching dancing with the stars and practice dance every night to master the moves =) lol sounds corny
week four: weeks 1-3 goals and find a healthy recipe to make once for dinner this week and no candy all week!
so this week is week one, and i've already completed my goal! i ran 2 & 1/2 miles today (didn't have time and it was getting dark, but hey, at least i got out there) and yesterday i did a 1/2 hr on the elliptical. next week this goal will be easy - i have soccer tryouts every day after school.
if, by the end of the month, i have completed these goals while staying in my calorie range (omgg today i did really good considering all the fatty food laying around my house cuz my bro's bday-- i only had 1500 cals) i will reward myself with a new book at borders. yay! and if i reach 130 by the end of the month, new jeans! woot!
im pumped up now.
stay strong everyone!!
xx julianna

The write down on paper method is always a good strategy. Good luck and great job so far!
