hello world, so today i decided to weigh in. I GOT THE BIGGEST SHOCK OF MY LIFE. im not sure whether the weighing machine is correct or not but when i weighed myself in the morning before eating, my weight is 51.5 kg. But im not sure if its the correct weight. hah. i should weigh myself on my aunt's weighng machne tomorrow.

Last Tuesday, i nearly fainted. i was on the treadmill for 30 minutes. then i ran to the shop . it takes about 5-8 minutes to the shop. then i met my mum at the nearby cafe near the shop and drank some plain water. one minute later i went to the other shop at the back to get some stuff. and then i walked back to the cafe to get more money and i walked to another shop.

after going to those 2 shops, i went back to the cafe and finally sat down. suddenly i felt like puking so i just kept quiet and didnt join in the convo. after mum and her friend finished drinking their coffee, we walked to the nearby supermarket near the cafe. when i was at the apple section, i couldnt stand it. i felt soo extremely weak. went to mom and mum said go to the toilet cause i told her my stomach hurts.

so i went to the toilet, there was someone in the toilet. bad luck. haish. i waited and while i was waiting i closed my eyes and everything started spinning and i was about to fall down when the person in the toilet came out. i quickly rushed into the toilet and threw everything out and i was crying at that time.

i felt soo weak and i ate an apple straight after that and i was okay again. mum said i over exercised. and i thought soo too. im glad im okay now. i have to work hard in order to reach my 45 kg goal. please please pray that i can do it .

sorry if this was very long. will try to keep it short next time. till then , kiss hug kiss hug :)

Eating snacks throughout the day fights off hunger that can lead to fainting, and if you keep the snacks small and consistent between meals, you'll lose weight faster by raising your metabolism. I hope that doesn't happen again. I know fainting isn't fun, and neither is being sick.

That's happened to me before, except I really actually fainted in the supermarket. And EVERYONE was staring at me, it was horrible. I would definitely suggest eating before and after your workout, and staying hydrated throughout the day, including drinking water while you're drinking out. If you're starting to feel like you're going to faint, takes a few deep breaths and relax. I could always tell it was coming on, because everything would go black and I couldn't see. That means that enough oxygen wasn't getting to my brain. So it seems like this is the same thing you're experiencing.

I'm glad you're okay now =) Good luck reaching your goal
