I've discovered my favorite songs to work out to:

I listen to all kinds of music, but these definitely help pump me up in the gym.
Anyways, I only did a half hour today in the gym, which I'm not really proud of. I need to find something to keep me motivated. I just need to keep thinking about my goals and how amazing I'll feel when I reach my goal. I have a feeling that I gained weight this week, but I hope not.
I have a doctors appointment today that I'm nervous about. It's just a physical, but since I've turned eighteen, the doctor wants to do some other tests and such that make me uncomfortable. Some tests specifically for the ladies, if you catch my drift. TMI, sorry haha.
Anyway, I finally had my soymilk today! And more greek yogurt. Yum! Not sure what I'm going to have for lunch, but I'll probably have a turkey sandwich for dinner, since I'm working at the shop tonight.
