Well, I finally caved today. I went out with some friends at lunch and had some fries from A&W. Then this afternoon I went to Tim Hortons and had a muffin. Dinner was good, or would've been great if dad hadn't put so much butter on the bread. (Soup! Yay!) So I went over my calories the past two days (for me-about 1000). Last night I accidentally had 6 of these yogurt things...I am addicted to those, and am not getting enough calcium anyway (still didn't). I'm just wondering if that counts as a binge though...AH.

We bought Big Bang season two!!!! Whoopee!!!!

Um, we have to get up early to clean the house for an open house Saturday and Sunday at noon...oh boy. We had a showing the other day that turned out all right...they stayed for like 45 minutes so that's good (not sure if I mentioned that or not...)

Now that I failed the no-junk-food-until-december thing (after an embarrassing 5 days), I don't know what to do. Should I allow myself some Halloween candy sitting in a bag under my bed if my calories for the day allow it? Or should I just...continue? I'm so confused :/

Anyway, I need to get some sleep now. Big, busy weekend ahead of me.

    You've got to just figure out what's good for you. But my advice would be to not throw out all your hard work because of a little slip up. Keep going
