1) Taking vitamins and omega3 fat capsules every day.

2) Cutting out all the junk food that doesn't do anything for me and making sure I eat 1800 calories a day.

3) Drinking more water.

I still need to work on the exercising, but I'm doing better! :]

not drinking any sodas or coffees.

basketball seasons starting and im going to basketball camps too.

workouts with a trainer :)

1. Reading my Bible and praying every morning.

2. Jogging/walking around my neighborhood three times a week plus doing indoor exercises the days in between.

3. Taking my vitamins and eating more vitamin rich foods.


There are so many more, but these are some of the things that are probably top priority on my list.

NAME THREE THINGS your doing to better your health( ither nutritionally, mentally, physically, or emotionally)....

mine are:

~ Quitting Coffee
~ Reading more books(doing something more productive)
~ Cutting down foods that are like poison to my body( like cookies, chips, eating meats less frquently, etc)

work it, make it, do it, makes us harder, better, faster, stronger....put it together.... work it harder, make it better, do it faster, makes us stronger!!!!

These muffins are very filling!

The whole wheat flour makes for a dense muffin, which I like. You only need to eat one! If you want a lighter muffin try using whole wheat pastry flour, which is more finely ground and available in the bulk bins at larger grocery stores.
