If you have one, or have access to one, a treadmill works great for lunges. It doesnt get boring. Put the incline higher then 0. Take long lunging steps. The higher the incline, the more you will feel it. Also it works for squats. Put your feet on either side (off the belt) of the treadmill (still on treadmill) and use the hand resters on the treadmill for balance and squat.

Current Weight: 172 lbs

Squats and lunges are two big ones to do for your things and butt. :)

same wivv me but i was on here and like 10 mins ago i read sumthink sumone else was doin and i thought tht i should try it
they are doin 25 squats every nite and runnin 60 mins 3 timez a week and said the butt is half the size itt was a month ago
lol im gona drag ma mate to come wiv me :P :D
and im soooo hopin this is gona work xxxx

I hate my butt and thighs, it's like the worst part of my body. Does anyone know any good toning exercises for these areas?
